Before the visit, I’ll send you a short form – I ask about your dog’s character, coat condition, and past grooming experiences.

We don’t charge before you place an order. Here’s how it works:

● You send us a photo of your pet.
● We prepare the design, and once you approve, we adapt it to your chosen product.
● You’ll receive a personalized purchase link, valid for 7 days.
● Once the order is paid, it goes straight into production.

Every order comes with free shipping on orders above €50. And for purchases over €60, we’ll add a personalized conference mug – just let us know in the order notes so we can prepare it for you.

We list prices as “from…” because every dog is different 🐶. Even two dogs of the same weight can need very different grooming times. The price may depend on:

● Size – a Yorkie vs. a Labradoodle.
● Coat type & length – short vs. silky or double coats (like Shih Tzus or Huskies).
● Condition – matted, dirty, or neglected coats need more care.
● Temperament – restless or stressed dogs may need extra time.

This way, the price is always fair and personalized – you only pay for the real work your pup needs to leave happy and looking great ✨🐾.

Before every appointment, we’ll send you a short form 📝, it tells us about your dog character, coat type, health notes, or past grooming experiences.

With this info, we can prepare the right tools, products, and atmosphere, so your dog feels safe, comfortable, and happy during the whole visit 🐾💜.

Once your order is paid and confirmed, it goes straight into production.

Production usually takes 3–4 business days (depending on whether it’s one product or several).

Shipping to the Netherlands takes about 3–5 business days.
